A Pastor Box membership is an auto-renewing membership service. When you purchase a membership, you will receive a Christian themed seasonal box which includes 6-10 high quality books, guides, and devotionals, as well as various products hand-picked by the Pastor Box team.

We currently don’t offer that option. Our pastors tell us they give the extra contents they can’t devour to their staff, volunteers and even visitors. It never goes to waste!

When you sign up for Pastor Box, we aim to ship the most recent box from that season if there are extras in stock. If not, your Pastor Box ships mid to late April, July, October, and January, depending on when you began your membership. Because a lot of our books are pre-release and we have relationships with multiple suppliers, shipping dates vary within the indicated months.

Once your box ships, you will get an email letting you know that your box is on the way with a tracking number that allows you to monitor your shipment.

When you choose to give the gift of Pastor Box, you can sign up for a Seasonal or Annual Membership. The Seasonal Membership charges $95 every 3 months. You can choose to ship directly to your pastor’s home or straight to your church.

Just want to send one box? No worries! Sign up for a membership and be sure to cancel before the next cycle. The cycles are in January, April, July, and October.

Our subscribers are billed quarterly on the date that they originally ordered. For example, if you sign up on February 18, you’ll then would be billed again three months later on May 18, and so on.

When you first sign up, you’ll receive the most recent cycle’s box. After that, you’ll receive your box in the normal cycles of January, April, July, and October.

You will receive a notification when your credit or debit card is about to expire, and if you are an Annual Member, you will also receive a notification before you are charged for the next year of Pastor Boxes.

Yes! But in this case we do in fact have to cover shipping costs. If you have an international order, please email us at pastorbox@pastorresources.com or call us at (800) 842-6842, and we’ll charge for shipping separately.

Yes. Please be sure to either cancel your account or email pastorbox@pastorresources.com before the next box if you need to cancel.

Returns

Pastor Box accepts returns of complete boxes, purchased online and shipped to a U.S. address, within 60 days of your original purchase. To receive an exchange or a full refund using your original payment method, you must send your box in its original condition, which means that all items are still in the box and those items are unused and undamaged.
